Refund policy

Refunds, Return Policy and Procedures

Here at Baalm, we stand by our product. That is why we offer the 30-Day Feel Baalm Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Baalm product within the first 30 days of your first Baalm purchase, we will honor a full refund, including shipping charges. Additionally, we will honor the same refund if your product is damaged or missing during delivery.

Please note that orders outside of 30 days or beyond the first order on an account cannot be returned or refunded.

Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions are canceled immediately within 24 hours unless the order has been processed for shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot receive products from our shipping carriers after they have been dispatched from our facilities. In these rare cases, the subscription will end by the following billing cycle.

For the most immediate cancellation, click here to cancel your subscription from your account.  You may also request our help at support@baalm.co, and we will promptly assist you within 24 hours.

Submit a Return Request

You may send your product for a full return (less shipping) in an unopened and unused condition. We will issue your refund upon receiving your product back to our facilities. Please allow 2-5 business days for our payment processor to refund your original form of payment.

  1. Click here to start a return request. You may also click the Profile Icon in the store's navigation or "Request a Return" in the store's footer.
  2. Log in to your account:
    1. Enter your email address in the Email field, then click "Continue."
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, then enter a six-digit verification code.
  3. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  4. If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.
  5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  6. Click "Request return". If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
