How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped from our facility within 3-5 business days via FedEx or UPS.

How long will it take to process my refund?
Once the product is received back, our payment processor typically refunds payments within 3-5 business days.
How do I return or exchange my order?
Simply fill out the label in the box, affix the pre-paid postage in the box, and drop it off at a FedEx or UPS location.
