How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email once your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We ship domestically within the United States. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live near us in Tennessee or Georgia, you'll receive your order faster than in Hawaii. The USPS site suggests but does not guarantee, 2-8 days for domestic delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
